TO PLACE AN ORDER ~ Please send an email to eedoyle17@yahoo.com In the subject line of the email please write PREPPY POOCH ORDER List - The Item # - The Item Size - The amount you would like of each Item - How you would like your order shipped (via USPS) - And your shipping address If you have any personalization requests send that through and I will get back to you with more details. |
ORDERS ~ There is no minimum or maximum order. PERSONALIZATION ~ Please note that once a piece of clothing has been personalized it is not returnable. ORDER CHANGES ~ Changes to orders are acceptable, ONLY IF your order has not been shipped yet. Any order changes must be made in writing via an email. RETURNS ~ Returns are not accepted -- All Sales are final. Exchanges are accepted if the items have been un-used, and are in the SAME CONDITION THEY WERE IN WHEN SHIPPED TO YOU. (ie no bite, or chew marks on the clothing will be means for returning items) If you would like to exchange an item(s) shipping will be at your expense. BOUNCED CHECKS ~ There is a $35.00 fee for any bounced check. |

SHIPPING - will be done via USPS The minimum cost will be about $5.00 if you want Standard Media Mail and ordered a few shirts. If you have a very large order, shipping will be a lot more. Specify how you would like your order shipped and I will ship however you prefer. Media Priority Express Over-Night We ship USPS and charge the actual shipping fees, add minimum insurance (if you would like insurance only) and a minimal handling charge per box. Please Utilize the link below to figure out how much shipping will cost. Calculate Shipping USPS Please assume the first shirt is 1 lb, in a small box. For every addtional shirt add 0.5 lb If you have 6 or more outfits choose a large box and the weight should be 5 lbs. For each additional item over 6, add .5lbs. If you did figure a shipping estimate, please send it along to me and I will verify the shipping total with you via email before you send payment. |
PAYMENT ~ We accept Paypal, Money Orders, or Personal Checks. My Preferred method of payment is PAYPAL If you do not have a paypal account you can set one up for free. If you pay with paypal I will ship your products the day I receive notice of deposit from paypal. PAYPAL If you prefer not to use paypal a money order or personal check will be acceptable, mailed to the address below. And I will ship your Items when I receive the Money Order. |
